Seeking Bass Guitar Tutor for Western Classical Classes in Bareilly

I am looking for a dedicated music tutor who can help me learn to play the bass guitar specifically for Western Classical compositions. My main goal is to learn to play as an accompaniment to singing. I am searching for group classes held at my home in Nawab Road Padarathpur, Bareilly. I am in the age group of 16 yrs to 25 yrs and would like to start my training immediately. Since I do not currently have a guitar, I would appreciate guidance on selecting the right instrument to get started.
