Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority, and I am currently seeking a professional instructor to guide my Hatha Yoga journey. My primary focus is achieving sustainable weight loss through structured practice. As a male student aged 14 to 21 years old, I require sessions that are conducted through online classes. It is important that the sessions are organized and results-oriented, as I plan to start yoga classes immediately. Additionally, receiving a formal certification of completion upon finishing the program is a mandatory requirement for me.
