I am looking for a qualified yoga tutor in C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore, to provide lessons for my daughter who is between 5 and 13 years old. I would like the trainer to visit our home, though I am willing to travel to the tutor's location if required. The goal is to focus on general fitness, improving immunity, stress relief, increasing energy levels, and building better flexibility. Since she is a beginner, we have not decided on a specific style yet and are open to guidance. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
