I am looking for a professional yoga teacher for home tuition in Whitefield, Bangalore. I am a male between 22 and 50 years old and wish to start these sessions immediately. My primary goals for joining these classes are to improve my overall flexibility, manage stress, and boost my general fitness levels. Additionally, I am interested in building immunity, finding remedies for body pains, and gaining a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. I am open to guidance on the best yoga style to practice as I am currently undecided. I am looking for an instructor who can help me achieve these health goals through consistent practice at my home.
