I need assistance with yoga classes to help with stress relief, as a remedy for body pains, and for general fitness. I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow and am open to expert guidance on this. Regarding the mode of classes, I am flexible and comfortable with sessions conducted either at my home or by traveling to the tutor's location.
