As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am eager to dive deeper into the theoretical and spiritual aspects of yoga rather than just the physical postures. I am currently based in Jaya Nagar 4th T Block, Bangalore, and I am quite flexible since I am willing to travel to a dedicated instructor.
