Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and physical health is my main priority for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are currently based in Marathahalli Bangalore and are keen to find an experienced instructor for online classes focused on Yoga Meditation. The goal is to help her achieve better stress relief and improve her general fitness while maintaining increased energy levels throughout the day. Since we are planning to start these sessions immediately, we are looking for someone who can engage a young student effectively in a virtual setting.
