Developing a strong foundation in physical and mental wellness for my daughter is my priority. She is in the 5 to 13 years old age group and I am exploring options for Yoga Meditation classes to help her gain increased energy. Since we live in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore, I am open to considering a few different formats for these sessions. I am currently evaluating whether home sessions, me traveling to a nearby center, or online classes would be the best fit for her schedule. As I am just looking at options right now, I would appreciate hearing about your teaching style and experience with children in this age range.
