Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and wellness for my child is my current priority. I am seeking a dedicated instructor to teach Yoga Meditation to a 5 to 13 year-old female student to help with stress relief. Since we are located in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore, I am open to either home tuition or online classes depending on your availability. We plan to start these sessions immediately to help manage daily academic pressures and build focus.
