As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am currently seeking a professional trainer to guide me in Yoga Meditation. My primary goals include achieving general fitness and sustainable weight loss through consistent practice. Since I am located in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bangalore, I am happy to travel or welcome a trainer to my home for sessions. I have a plan to start Yoga Classes immediately and would love to find someone who can create a personalized routine for my specific needs.
