My goal is to work on stress relief, better flexibility, weight loss, and general fitness. Since I am willing to travel for the right sessions, I am open to discussing suitable practice spaces nearby. The training is intended for a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate a trainer who can guide me based on my needs. I plan to start yoga classes immediately to maintain consistency.
