Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am seeking a qualified yoga instructor in Whitefield, Bangalore. I am flexible with the location, either at my home or I can travel to the instructor. My primary goals for taking yoga classes are for general fitness, weight loss, stress relief, and to improve my immunity and flexibility, as well as find a remedy for body pains and increased energy. I am interested in Power Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
