Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. I am a female above 50 years old and would like someone to come to my home or I am willing to travel. I am not sure of a preferred yoga style. My purpose of starting yoga classes is for increased energy, to improve immunity, achieve better flexibility, and attain general fitness. I plan to start yoga classes immediately.
