Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm keen to find a Yoga instructor in Kodigehalli, Bangalore who can either come to my home or is willing to let me travel to them. My primary goals are weight loss, stress relief, and finding a remedy for body pains through yoga. I am a female in the 22-50 year old age group.
