Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor who can provide classes at my home in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. I'm above 50 years old and interested in yoga primarily as a remedy for body pains, for general fitness, and to help with weight loss. I'm not sure which yoga style would be best.
