Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor in Electronic City, Bangalore who can come to my home or whom I can travel to. I'm interested in various styles, including Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. The classes are mainly for a female student in the 22-50 year old age group. My goals are general fitness, remedy for body pains, better flexibility, increased energy, weight loss, stress relief, and improved immunity. I plan to start immediately.
