Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor in Hebbal, Bangalore. I am a female student above 50 years and am open to the instructor coming to my home, or I am willing to travel. My goals for yoga are to increase energy, improve immunity, find a remedy for body pains, gain better flexibility, achieve general fitness, and support weight loss.
