Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a Yoga instructor who can come to my home in Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore. My daughter is between 5-13 years old, and I'm interested in yoga for general fitness, weight loss, and as a remedy for body pains. I am not sure about the yoga style that would suit her best.
