At this stage of my life, as a female above 50 years of age, I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor who can provide personalized training at my home in Konanakunte, Bangalore. I am also happy to travel to a nearby studio if that is more convenient for the teacher. My primary goals are to find a natural remedy for persistent body pains and to maintain general fitness.
