Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I need a yoga instructor for classes at my home in Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore. I am a female above 50 years old and looking for yoga classes with the purpose of general fitness, stress relief, weight loss, and a remedy for body pains.
