To enhance my overall energy levels and achieve my weight loss goals, I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my residence. I am currently in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and would prefer to start these classes immediately within Electronic City Phase II, Bangalore. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for a professional who can guide me and create a customized routine suitable for a female student.
