Located at Neeladri Road Electronic City Ph-1, Bangalore, our home is the preferred setting for these sessions. I am interested in exploring various styles, including Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga, adapted appropriately for such a young age group. The primary goal is general fitness and building healthy habits early on. I am planning to start these classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who can engage young children effectively.
