Developing a strong foundation in physical well-being and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old son is my current priority. He is an energetic male student, and I am searching for a dedicated trainer who specializes in Yoga Meditation, Iyengar Yoga, and Power Yoga to help him improve his immunity. Since I reside in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, I am open to either home tuition sessions or visiting a nearby center. I would like to begin these classes immediately to ensure he starts his wellness journey as soon as possible.
