Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination for my 2 to 5 years old son is my current priority. General fitness is the primary goal, and I am searching for a patient instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Kadubeesanahalli Bangalore. Since the student is a male toddler, the training approach should be engaging and suitable for his age group. I have not yet finalized a preferred yoga style and am open to suggestions that would benefit a child at this developmental stage. I plan to start these classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who can create a fun environment to introduce these habits early.
