Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my daughter aged between 5 and 13 years old is my current priority. She is keen to start yoga sessions immediately to achieve better flexibility, stress relief, increased energy, and to improve her overall immunity. Since we are based in Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore, I am open to either home tuition or traveling to a nearby location for classes. We are currently exploring different styles and would value an instructor who can guide a young beginner effectively through this journey.
