Developing a healthy lifestyle for my daughter is my top priority as she is in the 5 to 13 years age group. She needs professional guidance to focus on stress relief, weight loss, and finding a remedy for body pains through regular practice. Since we are located in Kudlu gate Bangalore, I am open to either home tuition or traveling to the tutor for sessions. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I hope to find an expert who can curate a beginner friendly routine for a child. I plan to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who is patient and experienced with young students.
