We are located in Yemlur, Bangalore and require a trainer who can conduct sessions at our home or nearby premises. My son is looking to incorporate yoga into his routine to achieve stress relief, find remedies for growing body pains, and improve his general fitness levels. Since he is a beginner, we are not certain about a specific style and would appreciate professional guidance on the most suitable approach.
