To enhance my overall learning experience and physical development, I am exploring options for a dedicated yoga instructor for my 2 to 5 years old daughter. Located in Whitefield Bangalore, I am open to either home tuition or traveling to the trainer if it suits the schedule. We are interested in a comprehensive approach covering Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. The primary goals for these sessions include increased energy, weight loss, better flexibility, general fitness, remedy for body pains, stress relief, and improved immunity for my child. Although we are not sure of the exact start date yet, we are actively looking at options to begin soon. Please drop a message to discuss your availability and teaching style.
