Developing a strong foundation in physical health and fitness is my priority for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. I am currently searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at our residence on Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, the main focus of these classes should be on general fitness and improving flexibility for a male student in this age group.
