Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline for my daughter, who falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group, is a priority for me. I am searching for a dedicated Yoga instructor in Varthur, Bangalore, to guide her through sessions focused on General Fitness. Since she is currently at the beginner level and we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I would value an instructor who can suggest the best approach for her age. I am open to both hosting sessions at my home or traveling to your location if it is nearby. We aim to begin these classes within a month.
