Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is essential for my son, who falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group. Since he is looking to improve his general fitness, I am exploring options for a qualified yoga instructor to guide him. We reside in Kengeri, Bangalore, and I am open to either home sessions or traveling to a nearby center depending on what works best for his development. Although we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, we would love a trainer who can engage younger students effectively.
