Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my young son. As he falls in the age group of 5 to 13 years old, I am searching for a dedicated instructor to guide him through various practices including Kriya Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. The primary focus of these sessions is General Fitness to ensure he stays active and healthy. I am flexible with the delivery method and am open to both sessions at my home in HSR Layout, Bangalore or online classes.
