Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is essential for my daughter who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. We are located in Carmelaram Bangalore and are eager to start immediately with a tutor who can come to our home or whom we can visit for sessions. The primary goal is to help her improve immunity and gain better flexibility while boosting her daily energy levels. We are also very interested in incorporating lessons on Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies to provide a holistic learning experience.
