I am searching for a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions specifically for stress relief. We are based in Budigere Cross, Bangalore, and I am very flexible regarding the location as I am willing to travel to your place or have you visit my home. Since she is not sure about a particular yoga style yet, I would appreciate a professional who can guide her through the basics suitable for her age.
