As a female student within the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I aim to focus on weight loss, finding relief from body pains, increasing my daily energy levels, improving general fitness, and boosting my immunity. I would prefer to have the classes conducted at My Home in Electronic City Electronics City Phase 1, Bangalore. While I am not sure about the specific Yoga style yet, I am open to expert guidance to find what works best for my needs. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately.
