Improving my flexibility has become a top priority as I focus on bettering my physical health and overall well-being. Being a female student in the 22 to 50 years age group, I am eager to begin my fitness journey immediately. I am currently situated in Tavarkere BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore and would prefer that the instructor visits my home for these sessions. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow yet, I am looking for someone who can assess my needs and help me achieve greater range of motion through regular practice.
