As a male in the 22 to 50 age group, I am eager to start Yoga classes immediately to focus on General Fitness. Since I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style, I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through the basics and help me progress. I prefer having sessions conducted at my home in Hennur, Bangalore, to fit easily into my daily schedule. My goal is to build a sustainable practice that keeps me active and healthy.
