As a female student above 50 years of age, I am searching for a dedicated instructor to help me stay active and healthy. My preference is for classes to be held at my home, although I am open to discussing travel arrangements to your location in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. While I am not sure which specific yoga style would suit my needs best, my primary goal is general fitness.
