As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am currently seeking a professional Yoga instructor to help me achieve General Fitness. Since I am based in Sarjapur, Bangalore, I am looking for someone who can conduct sessions at my home, though I am also willing to travel for the right training. My goal is to start these classes immediately. While I am not sure about a specific Yoga style, I am open to guidance from an experienced trainer to find the best routine for my body.
