I am searching for a professional yoga instructor to conduct sessions in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Since I fall within the 22 to 50 years age group, I am looking for someone who can guide me through general fitness routines, even though I have not yet decided on a specific style of yoga. I am comfortable with classes held at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if that is more convenient.
