I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Nagarbhavi, Bangalore to help me with general fitness. I am a female in the 22-50 age group. I am willing to have the tutor come to my home, I am willing to travel. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style, so I'm open to suggestions.
