I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Electronic City Electronic City Phase II, Bangalore who can help me improve my general fitness. I am a female in the age group of 22-50 years old and I am ready to start yoga classes immediately. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style, so someone who can guide me would be great.
