Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to improve my overall fitness through Yoga. I'm a male above 50 years old and live in Battarahalli TC Palya, Bangalore. I'm open to having someone come to my home, but I am also willing to travel. I'm not sure about the specific Yoga Style that would suit me best, but my primary goal is General Fitness.
