Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am keen to start yoga at my home in Whitefield, Bangalore. My aim is weight loss but also looking for better flexibility, stress relief, remedy for body pains, improved immunity, increased energy and general fitness. I am not sure about the preferred Yoga Style. I am a female in the age group of 22- 50 years old. I plan to start Yoga Classes within a month. I am also willing to travel, if required.
