Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am keen to find a yoga instructor who can teach me at my home in Vijaynagar, Bangalore. I'm interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga styles. The classes are for a female student in the age group of 22-50 years old. My main goal is to improve my General Fitness.
