Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am keen to start Yoga Classes at My Home in Varthur, Bangalore to improve my overall well-being. I am a female student in the age group of 22-50 years old and am looking for a Yoga instructor who can help me with Improving immunity, achieve Better flexibility, have Increased energy, get Stress Relief, and can guide with Yoga Philosophy/ Yoga Sutra Studies.
