I'm looking for a yoga instructor to come to my home in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore. I am a female in the 14-21 years old age group and want to start yoga classes immediately. My purpose for taking yoga classes is for general fitness, to improve immunity, weight loss, as a remedy for body pains, increased energy, and stress relief.
