Balancing my daily responsibilities and fitness goals, I’m looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in J P Nagar, Bangalore. I'm open to the instructor travelling to my location. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group and my goal is general fitness. I am not sure about the style of yoga but I am planning to start immediately.
