Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Electronic City Phase II, Bangalore. I'm a female above 50 years old, aiming for general fitness and better flexibility. I'm not entirely sure about the yoga style that suits me best, so I'm open to suggestions.
