As a Female student aged between 22-50 years old, my goal is to improve General Fitness, get Stress Relief, Weight loss, seek Remedy for Body pains and achieve Increased energy. I am open to learning Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Kriya Yoga. I plan to start Yoga Classes Immediately.
